All Luxe Atelier candles are hand-poured using a premium coconut soy wax blend, phthalate-free fragrance oils, and lead-free cotton wicks. Clean burn. Bold scent. No BS.

Are your candles vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes! Every candle is vegan, cruelty-free, and made with ethically sourced ingredients. We don’t do animal testing — just vibe testing.

🔥 How long do your candles burn?

Our candles offer an average burn time of 40–60 hours, depending on size and usage. Always trim your wick to ¼” before each burn for a longer-lasting, cleaner experience.

📦 How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and ship via USPS or UPS. Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days (U.S. only). You’ll get a tracking number once it ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the U.S., but international shipping is coming soon. Stay tuned by joining our Luxe List for updates and exclusive access.

💥 What should I do if my candle arrives damaged?

We got you. If your candle arrives broken or damaged, please contact us at contact@luxe-atelier.com within 3 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll make it right.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used candles or opened items. However, we do offer exchanges or store credit for unused candles returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in original packaging and in perfect condition.
Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Afterpay (because luxury can be paid in four, too).

🧼 How do I care for my candle?

• Always trim the wick to ¼” before lighting

• Let the wax melt to the edges during the first burn

• Never leave a candle unattended

• Don’t burn for more than 4 hours at a time

• Keep out of reach of kids, pets, and bad energy
